If I Dare Color Splash Challenge

Dare to face a blank canvas or blank page.

Splash color on it with ink, pencils, markers, fabric, paint - whatever medium you choose.

Add spring inspiration with florals, words, and/or quotes.

Be inspired to create in courage and in joy.

Color Splash

Ink, watercolor paint, acrylic paint, markers, crayons, colored pencils? That is the question.

For my Hope Tag, I chose Tim Holtz Distress Inks in bring-me-spring colors on white watercolor paper.

I die cut tags, heat-embossed flower images stamped with VersaMark ink, and added the color using ink blending tools. To make a rain-kissed effect to the tag, I spritzed the blended colors with water, let it sit for a minute, and dabbed the tag with a paper towel.
